Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 28 July 2026

The Equine Business Hub aims to make this website usable and accessible to as many people as reasonably possible.

Our approach

We aim to use clear page structure, readable text, meaningful headings, sufficient colour contrast, keyboard-friendly navigation, descriptive link text and alternative text for important images. The website is designed to respond across desktop, tablet and mobile screens.

Third-party services

Some booking, payment, form or embedded services are supplied by third parties. Their accessibility is partly outside our control, but we will choose suitable providers where reasonably possible and raise issues when we become aware of them.

Known limitations

The site is still being developed and reviewed. Some older content, embedded tools or documents may not yet meet every accessibility standard. We will continue to improve these areas as the website and services develop.

Tell us about a problem

If you cannot access information, use a feature or complete a form, please email beth@equinebusinesshub.co.uk and explain what you were trying to do. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible and, where we can, provide the information or service in a suitable alternative format.

Continuous improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing process. This statement will be reviewed when the website changes or when feedback identifies an improvement.
