HUB CARE — £15 PER MONTH

Hub Care begins when your personalised Hub goes live and has an initial 12-month term. It is £15 per month, paid monthly, and your price is guaranteed for the full 12 months. It covers access to your personalised Hub, essential maintenance, routine system updates and help if something stops working as expected.

It does not include day-to-day administration, new bespoke features, large data imports or major rebuilds. Those are always discussed and agreed separately first.

ONGOING BUSINESS SUPPORT

Choose the level of practical support that suits your business. Every monthly support package includes Hub Care, so there is no additional £15 monthly charge.

2 hours — £60 per month

For occasional help with bookings, records, documents, invoice tracking, renewals, follow-ups or other agreed administration.

5 hours — £145 per month

For businesses that would benefit from regular monthly support to keep administration organised and up to date.

10 hours — £280 per month

For businesses needing more consistent, hands-on administrative support throughout the month.

Ad hoc support — £35 per hour

Available when you need an extra pair of hands without a regular support allocation. Hub Care remains separate where applicable.

The Hub supports your business administration but does not replace Xero or other accounting software.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is this an app?

Not a one-size-fits-all app. EBH is a personalised online business system built around your equestrian business, using a client-owned Notion workspace and connected forms.

Do I need Notion?

Yes, the Hub runs in Notion, but you do not need to know how to build or manage it yourself. A free client-owned workspace is normally enough at launch, and we set it up and show you how to use it.

Do I own my data?

Yes. Your business records belong to you and your workspace is client-owned. You can request an export of your data at any time.

What happens if I cancel Hub Care?

Hub Care has an initial 12-month term beginning when your Hub goes live. Your £15 monthly price is guaranteed throughout that period. After the initial term, it continues monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice. We’ll confirm the end date and explain the available export and handover options before managed support ends.

Can you do my admin for me?

Yes. Choose 2 hours for £60 per month, 5 hours for £145 per month or 10 hours for £280 per month. Every regular monthly support package includes Hub Care at no additional charge. Ad hoc support is £35 per hour.

Can I add more features later?

Yes. Your Hub can grow with your business. New forms, workflows or Hub areas are discussed and quoted before work begins.

Does it replace my accounting software?

No. EBH can organise invoice information, payment tracking and the admin around your finances, but it does not replace Xero or other accounting software.

Do the compliance templates make my business legally compliant?

No. They are practical administrative tools to help you organise and record compliance-related activities. They do not replace legal, veterinary, health and safety or regulatory advice, and using them does not by itself guarantee compliance. You remain responsible for adapting them to your business and obtaining professional advice where required.
